In our first workshop, on 6th February, Tom Boll introduced us to the poem, ‘Nueve años después’ [‘Nine Years: A Dated Poem’], by the Mexican poet David Huerta. You can view the original Spanish and literal English versions of the poem here on the website. We didn’t have time to finish translating it, so we’re hoping to do that this week. Here’s the first section of the final version we produced together last time.
