The poems in this beautifully designed boxed set represent a unique range of languages: Arabic, Dari, Hindi, Indonesian, Kurdish, Portuguese, Somali, Spanish, Tajik and Urdu. They are printed in the original language with facing translations by leading UK poets who have worked closely with expert translators.
This selection was published to introduce the international poets who took part in the Poetry Translation Centre’s tours in 2005 and 2008. Published in association with Enitharmon Press.
